Our full range of services include design, space planning, applications for zoning relief, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, site surveying, 3D digital rendering, plans for condo docs, and complete plans for permitting renovation and new construction projects large and small.
The Owner:
Adam J. Glassman, R.A., received his Bachelors in Classical Studies from Bates College in 1995 and his Masters in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Fine Arts (currently known as PennDesign) in 2001. In 2008 Mr. Glassman received his professional license to practice architecture in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and founded GCD Architects in Cambridge Massachusetts.
Mr. Glassman is a ‘hands-on’ principal with a talented staff, and specializes in helping property owners maximize their property’s potential and value by creatively managing the design, zoning and permitting processes.
